Badge Reels
What are interchangeable badge reels?
Our interchangeable system lets you easily swap badge toppers, so you can switch up your look without changing your reel!
Do I need an id·ology badge reel to use the toppers?
Yes! Our badge toppers are designed to attach to our badge reels. If you don't already have an id·ology badge reel, be sure to add one to your cart. Once you have your reel, you can purchase the toppers and easily swap them whenever you want!
Do the interchangeable toppers attach with Velcro?
Nope! We use 3M Dual Lock which is different from traditional hook-and-loop Velcro. The badge reel and badge topper click securely together for a strong hold while still making it easy to swap your toppers.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
USPS Ground Advantage typically takes 5-7 days to arrive.
*Please note: this does not factor in postal service delays or delays during the holiday season.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to keep an eye on your delivery.
The tracking says delivered, but I didn't receive my order. What should I do?
If the tracking on your order says delivered, and the shipping address you provided at checkout is correct, please reach out to your local post office and they can help locate the package. If the postal service is unable to locate it, please contact us.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
For non-customized items, we have a 30-day return policy. You can read our return policy HERE.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!

Yes! We may be able to offer special pricing for larger orders. If you're ordering for a department, team, office, event, or group, please contact us with what you're interested in and the approximate quantity, and we'll be happy to see what we can offer.
